Bellinger Systems can offer the following services:
- Overhaul: This is our standard service where items are completely stripped and re-built to as-new condition. It includes re-painting and re-plating of all relevant items and the replacement of any wearing components in addition to rectifying any faults or damage.
- Repair: This is less expensive than an overhaul and returns to item to a fully serviceable state but only attends to faulty components.
- Calibration: Alignment and calibration in accordance with OEM data, Defence TRS or Customer supplied data.
- Planned Maintenance/Field Service: on-site maintenance, repairs, testing and calibration of equipment anywhere in Australia.
- Design: Engineering and design work for complete systems, equipment, components, printed circuit cards and enclosures including all production drawings, schematic/PCB generation and reporting.
- Install / Set-to-work: Installation, set-to-work and testing on vessels and shore installations. Including Factory acceptance testing (FATs), Customer acceptance testing (CATs) and Harbour acceptance testing (HATs).
- Reverse Engineering: For obsolete and unobtainable items, we can generate drawings, schematics, parts lists and test procedures to enable ongoing repair and servicing of equipment.
- Manufacture: Manufacture of new items based on bespoke design, build to print or as a result of reverse engineering. (IP Permitting)
- Pickup and Delivery Service: A Pickup and delivery service is available for most items in the Sydney Metro area.
